Can you include a Digital Touch image along with regular text?

Is there a way to include one of the Digital Touch images inside a regular message body? In other words, can I include a Tap, Fireball, Kiss, Heartbeat or Heartbreak with other text inside a message? It seems that a message can include a Digital Touch image, or text, but not both.
