Problem installing/uninstalling tweaks (regarding mobile substrate) ?

So as of last night, I've been having issues installing and uninstalling my tweaks. I'm assuming it has to do with some malicious software that came with one of the several tweaks I have from biteyourapple. Does anyone know what might be the problem here?

Hope you read this before it gets deleted...
Delete the version if bootstrap you got from BYA. Then reinstall the tweak you are trying to install now

Also icleaner is free, you should get that from a real repo. You should also have appsync unified from angelxwinds repo instead of whatever sketchy version you must have now.
You're gonna lose your jailbreak over $15 worth of pirates / shady tweaks

thanks but i cant uninstall anything either nor can i find that specific bootstrap on ifile
