Taking screenshot with 6 without the stupid grey circle

Seems the only way I can take a screenshot (used to be offbutton+home) is to configure via settings/accessibility/assistive touch/device/more/screenshot (works as before then) BUT there is 10mm dia stupid black disc permanently onscreen! Is there another way of having the old method without this disc on ios10?

The method for taking screenshots in iOS10 is the same as its always been.

Decided to RESET and it's now working fine!
