iOS 10 and raw files

Has anyone played around with raw files one of the biggest reason I purchased an iPad Pro was for the ability to edit photos in the field everything I shoot is raw format. I just updated to the iOS 10 and the files still don't show up

How are you getting the raw files to the iPad? What type are they?

You need to use a 3rd party camera app. The standard Apple Camera app won't shoot raw

I'm using a card reader the files are nef files which is Nikons raw version. I was torn between an iPad Pro and MacBook Air and a apple rep persuaded me to go this route

Use 3rd party camera apps. I took a few RAW shots with ProCamera +HDR. Another one that does RAW is ProCam 4.

If you mean "edits", ProCamera +HDR might work. Not sure. Here's what it says. I'm on the beta, so all this may not be available yet. Will be very soon though.

Thank you I'll check that out I have discovered that I can load my Raws in to the iPad and edit them in Lightroom mobile just can't export them with out it compressing them. My biggest complaint is you can't preview the photos without importing them other than the tiny thumbnail. Thanks again
