iOS 10 beta siri problems

I recently downloaded the iOS 10 beta. when i went to try and use siri, it only popped up the voice control and not her full functionality. So I went into settings and dug around thinking they may have changed the location for the siri settings. no luck there. it seems that siri is not even installed on my iPhone 6. Any suggestions?

Settings → Siri, then enable the toggle next to "Siri".

You and I both! I'm finding problems with Siri as well. Either nothing comes up, or she does not understand me at all. It get frustrating. Hopefully by the full release it'll work properly

Reinstall iOS 10 beta.

Settings / General / Restrictions. Is "Siri & Dictation" turned off? Settings / Siri will not show up if it is restricted.
