Cant restore?

So i have jailbroken device iphone 5s running ios 8 whenever i try to restore to ios 9.3.5 or 9.3.4 it just never works i get error code 17 or preparing iphoenf ro restore then goes to the recovery mode any thing i could do to fix this?

file name that i use : iPhone6,2_9.3.5_13G36_Restore

I am having that same problem where did you find that file from what site

i downloaded it through itunes and then i presssed shift plus the restore iphone chose the file and happens what usually happens and now my phone crashes everything keeps restaring snapchat wont open etc..
