9.3.4 broke earpiece speaker?

My wife's iPhone 6 updated last night to 9.3.4, and now the sound out of the earpiece is barely audible. Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else?

If she has already adjusted the volume, especially when on a call and while listening to music via earphones, have her go to Settings→ General→ Reset, and then select "Reset All Settings".

This happened to me with 9.3.3. I thought that was it but the reset that Just_Me_D mentions worked.
