Put your device in recovery or DFU mode. Recovery Mode: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263 DFU Mode: https://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/DFU_Mode 2. Connect the device to iTunes 3. Select "Restore" or "Restore and Update".
