How can i apply to beta test these new Apple OSs?

I was watching the WWDC coverage on iMore today and I heard something about a public beta, but I'm not sure how I go about applying for it? I know a new Mac OS, new iOS and new WatchOS are all coming and I'd LOVE to get a peak! Can anyone tell me how I can get more info?
