There is one app that I want to transfer from my iPad 4 to my iPad Pro. But will not transfer. The app is not available in the App Store anymore. Any way to transfer the app other than iTunes.

OTA from the app STORE. Which already said you cannot do because rhe app is no longer abailable.

Very true. I was using a programme called Phone Trans Pro and A NY Trans that worked perfectly before. Then the peeps that sell the programme told me that Apple because idea some updated made this programme not work.
