automatically create shared photo album in real time

My girlfriend and I are headed on vacation and we are each bringing our phones. Is there an app or service that will allow us to create a shared photo album of our trip in real time? I know with iCloud Photo Sharing we can retroactively share saved photos to a Shared Album, but it would be nice if could each snap a picture and instantly it shows up in our shared album.

Yes, Dropbox. After you set up your free dropbox account just look at the folders. Inside one of them will walk you through using and sharing a photo album. All you'd do then is share the URL.

Dropbox will work as will other cloud based services such as OneDrive, however, it take almost zero effort to add photos to a shared iCloud album.
