I'm finally going to force myself to get fit and start working out and eating healthier. Anyone have any app recommendations that you're using on your iPhone?

I use the Krispy Kreme app, it lets me know when they're hot and fresh...

What do you exactly want to do? Keep track of workouts? Keep track of what you're eating? What kind of workouts?

I mostly just use RunKeeper and Sleep Cycle to keep track of my runs and sleep, but I do have MyFitnessPal sitting on my phone. I wanna get back to tracking what I eat at some point.

MyFitnessPal I lost about 30 pounds using it. You chart your food intake as well as your exercise.

Seriously, I also use Pillow to track my sleep. Proper sleep is a big component in good health.

Thanks for the tip, John. I need to bulk back up a bit. I'm losing too much weight from working too darn much. I've never been this out of shape in my life. People might start thinking I'm on crack or something...(laughing)

I love 5x5. it's strict and only takes like 35-40 in gym or at home. 3 exercises every other day.

    Kick it into beast mode!

I've been using HeartWatch but just found out about Cardiogram. It's free, and seems very similar to HeartWatch:

    https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/card...mUvbUpU2755152

It's also very fast on the Apple Watch!

I downloaded today per your recommendation. It's noticeably faster than HeartWatch!
