Handoff iOS 9.2

Hi there,

I was trying to make handoff work between my iPhone and iPad. I can't seem to get it work.

They are on the same iCloud account, same wifi network, handoff is enabled, and so is bluetooth.

My question is, do I have to manually connect my iPhone to my iPad with bluetooth? (Neither can my iPhone nor my iPad find each other when trying to find other devices under the bluetooth tab.

Disabled Handoff in the settings app. Rebooted both my iPhone and iPad. Turned on Handoff in settings, and boom it worked.
