Text replacement shortcuts not syncing

I have made a ton of text replacements for use on my iOS and MacOSX devices. These have always just synced to any new device that I have set up with my Apple ID. For some reason, none of them have synced up on my iPad Pro. Have any of you had this issue and does anyone know how to rectify it?

This self resolved for some reason.

I've experienced this several times recently when the text replacement disappears from my Mac Book Air but is still on iOS devices

After a fresh install of 9.2 on my iPhone 6 and iPod touch and setting them up as a new device, it seems like my text replacement items appeared after performing an iCloud backup.

As for how they got on my MacBook Air... I don't know.

It seems like 9.2 fixed this.
