App "Yesterday USA - Old Time Radio" worked once, then freezes, stopped

Installed ?Yesterday USA - Old Time Radio? by Smartest Apps LLC on new iPad Air 2, iOS 9.1
After install, app worked (played old-time radio songs).
After a few days, launched app again, goes to "Menu" screen then is stuck there (no button clicks or swipes work).
Will uninstall, maybe try again.
Looks like only version 1.0 app release in 2011, so maybe cannot really work reliability with later iOS without some app updates?

Anyone having this app work for them on iOS 9 ?

You probably answered your own question. The app, from what I gather, has not been updated in 4 years.
