Why can't I watch vh1 shows on my iPad but I can on my iphone?

Both my iphone and iPad r jailbroken version 7.1 and when I watch vh1.co m on my iphone it works perfectly fine but on my iPad it's saying I can't watch since I'm in Canada. Is there a cydia tweak for my iPad to be able to watch restricted zone

I don't know what to tell you. Do you watch it via Wi-Fi on both devices? You'd think that if it works in one iOS device, it should work on the other.
