How to put photos into iCloud Drive on iPhone 5S?

Hi,
There's finally an iCloud Drive app on iOS 9 (hallelujah!), but I can't find a way to put my selected photos into it, have anyone know how to do this?

WTF is that supposed to mean, talk more and explain everything longer, don't try to sound smart by saying too little.

Here's the thing: I've already turned on the "iCloud Photo Library" and "Upload to My Photo Stream" options, but not all of my latest photos in my iPhone 5S is showing up in my Mac's Photos app. I try to avoid using Lightning cable and copy those photos to the Mac, because it's ridiculous, Apple is promoting this MacBook 12" as the ultimate mobile Mac for those who don't want to live wired.

I couldn't manage it either (no option for upload). I understand why you want to do this. Your best best is to use Google Drive. It will only allow up to 10 photos at a time, I'm afraid. Hope that helps.
