Will new phone still have 8.4.1 or lower?

On my 6 the mic for Siri died and I went to Verizon today. They order d me a replacement via warranty and it'll take two days to ship.

I check today and what I was afraid for happened. Apple is no longer signing 8.4.1

What are the odds that my replacement will have 8.x (longing for my jailbreak haha) or does anyone know. Like does curios on have to ship replacements with the latest software?

I remember that when I got my replacement iPhone 5 from AT&T it had I think 6.0.3 I believe. Or pre 6.1. And at that time 7.1.2 was the current version.

Thanks in advance. Again I just miss my jailbreak.
