Update ios manually with ipsw will void warranty?

Hello , i can't update my iphone 6 from settings it shows unable to check for update ,i have tried all the way to solve but can't resolve it. Now i hve decided to download the ipsw file from ipsw.me for my iphone 6 . If i will update manually with this file of ios 9.0.1 will it void my iphone warranty?,

Yea, you're fine. And even if you JB, as long as you restore to factory, you're fine. (Not that there's a jailbreak out for iOS 9 anyway)

Is it safe to update manually,?or it will viod my iphone warranty ,ipsw file i hve downloaded is not jailbraked it's restore file which can be restore with itunes i hve download it from ipsw.me

Absolutely. That's how the iTunes updates work... it downloads the .ispw file from Apple and installs it. It's the ONLY way to update iOS that doesn't involve OTA. There is no impact on your warranty.
