    All I can recommend you do is either restore it or reinstall iOS 9, especially if a reboot or the reset all settings option didn't fix the problem.

    Try closing any open apps by double clicking the home button. I just tried this and it worked for me. Good luck!!

    It's the audio text. Turn off character count in Settings. Or swipe the messages app out of multitasking.
