iOS9 error message..can't load iOS9 - memory. What should I do?

ios9 error message....can't load ios9 - memory

Being told "Cannot Download Update...there is not enough available storage to download i0S9. You can manage storage in Settings" This message was widely reported on an earlier update and was eventually resolved by Apple sending out an update with a bug fix. Anyone else having this problem

Connect to iTunes and sync your device... try to update via iTunes... if you still need to free up space, delete media files... then sync them back after updating.
