"Trackpad" Keyboard on iPhone

I'm sure I read this somewhere. The trackpad function is coming to iPhone too. It is great on iPad and sure think this can work flawlessly even on the little screen.

I can't seem to get It to work on my iPhone 6. Do any of you have this? I'm suspecting this is an iPhone 6 plus thing but I'm not sure...

It was there in beta 1 but has since been removed. Not sure if it will be back or not.

It was removed from the iOS build for iPhone in either beta 2 or beta 3. It is still available in the iPad build of iOS and may or may not return to the iPhone.
