Is multi tasking coming to all iPhone? And what he news app is only in selected countries? I'm surprised it's lot in Canada..

I pray every night that multitasking will come to the iPhone 6. No reason it should not.

I am confused is multi tasking only exclusive to iPad? Is it it then i am disappointed it should be on iPhone 6 and 6 plus

Every iOS device is capable of multitasking, it depends on what extent your looking for. All apps in the app store have access to multi-tasking APIs that allow them to do things in the background while you're in another app.

If you're talking specifically about the split screen, 2 apps at once multi-tasking, then that's exclusive to the iPad Air 2 at this point since it has 2GB of RAM. It may come to the newer iPhones this fall, but I'd doubt it since the small screens would make split screen pretty cumbersome to use.
