Issues with Apple Music

The last few days when I try to stream Apple music asks me to sign up for a subscription. I already signed up for a subscription and I should have a three month free trial. Is anyone else having this type of issue?

I've just started having this issue! It's super frustrating! Everything has just disappeared and I should have 2 more months!!
