You cannot do an OTA of iOS 9.0 beta over an iOS 8.4 install. You need to do the iTunes update.

You have to be on iOS 9 beta 2 to get the beta 3 OTA update

I wouldn't have figured that out. now I have to update to 8.4 to 9.2 9.0 beta 2.

You can download the iOS 9.0 beta 3 and install it via iTunes. No need to mess with beta 2 at this point.

Yep. The OTA update prompt is on my phone. Now if I can only find a good Wi-Fi song final and time to install it here at work, that'll be great. The estimated 42 minutes isn't going to cut it. I'm too busy for that.
