I believe that Apple has stopped signing 8.3, so you're either stuck at 8.1.3 with your jailbreak or you upgrade to 8.4 and lose your jailbreak. Keep checking the TAIG guys as when a jailbreak for iOS 8.4 is released, this guys will probably do it.
