8.3 playlist are now gone

My playlists from 8.3 are gone. I can play them via Siri, but I can't find them at all from the app. Any ideas where they are?

I have no idea what on the page would help. Playlists are gone.

Do you have iTunes Music Library enabled? Settings > Music > iTunes Music Library. There were issues with it not enabling earlier today. If that's still the case just keep trying.

I disabled the connect feature in restrictions, and I got a playlist tab at the bottom.

By the way, if anyone else wants Connect and can't seem to find their playlists, they're under "My Music" at the top of the screen. It's a tab.
