Can "Restrictions" be used to prevent Changes to the "Blocked List"?

Hi all,

is there a way to prevent changes to the blocked list? I searched through the Restrictions setting and my testing makes it seem like that I cannot do it.

Potentially, I would like to be able to place a number in the blocked list on one of our devices and keep anyone else in my family from being able to unblock this person.

The person has an iDevice so blocking at the Verizon level won't stop iMessages from coming in/out.

Thanks ahead of time for any help you may be able to offer.

Note, we do not jailbreak so anything requiring that is out of the question for us.....

If selecting "Do Not Allow Changes" in the Accounts restrictions setting doesn't do it then I don't *think* it's possible at this time.

I tested it on my phone and that restriction DOES NOT prevent changes to the block list.

I know. I just wanted to double check.

This is going right to the top of my iOS want list. IF we're talking controls/restrictions, then from a parental controls perspective, it should be something available. Why offer a block if you cannot restrict unblocking.... just my $.02
