IOS 8 - Phone app has 3 categories instead of 5

A little kid played on the phone and now the Phone app doesn't show the name of the contacts(even though they exist in the Contacts app) and it only has 3 categories. So instead of favorites, recents, contacts, keypad and voicemail, it only shows recents, keypad and voicemail. I tried looking through the setting but I couldn't find a solution. Also, no matter who is calling, the caller id doesn't appear...as if it is not in the list of contacts.

Reboot the phone to see if it returns to normal.
