Why has Safari stopped auto filling my wifi password after the iOS update?

safari has stop auto filling wifi password after ios update.

after updating to ios 8.1.3 my iphone 5S has stop auto filling password & id for public wifi, which was previously working very well.
trued netwrk resetting...

plz suggest some solution.

Settings...General...Reset...Reset Network Settings.... You'll have to enter credentials on any previously used wifi hotspots again...
