I was playing with my iPad Mini last night and thought of an idea in which might speed up and/or improve the experience.
It's pretty simple. Go into settings, and look at each app. I noticed that I had every single app on "background app refresh". My suggestion is if you don't need that on, turn it off. I did that, along with closing every app and restarting the iPad, andI noticed a pretty significant improvement
