IOS 8.1.1. Gmail Push stopped working - paid accounts

hi,
yesterday i updated my iphone to 8.1.1

after that gmail exchange stopped to push new emails. i have 3 paid google accounts, so i have google apps. but exchange isn't working anymore.

anyone with the same issue?

Same here: iPhone 4S, push notification has been reliable and I have counted on it. Stopped working after 8.1.1 BUT ON IPHONE ONLY - still works correctly on iPad MC744LL/A (3rdGen Vz). No change in its behavior there, just on the iPhone. Looking for other formus to report this on as well.

ive switched from google apps to office365 now

no problems there

Push stopped working on Gmail a good while back. Google is the culprit. They did away with exchange and push. I've had my 4 Gmail accounts set to fetch once per hour. It can be set to fetch once every 15 minutes. But I kind of like every hour. It fetches automatically when you open the mail app. The Gmail app might be different. IDK. Or the new Inbox app by Google. Anyone know if Push works in those Google mail clients?
