Cannot find mobile internet settings!

Hi guys. So I've been using mobile internet on my iPhone 5 without any incidence. But recently (I think after the iOS 8.1 update) my mobile internet seems to have stopped working. I can see the 3G logo on top when connected but there is no internet connectivity. I thought tinkering the mobile internet settings provided by the service provider such as APN might help. But I can't find those settings.

How do I access mobile internet settings on iOS 8.1? This is what I am looking for.

Where is the option to change/input APN? Please help! Thanks.

Try Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network.

I have tried but that option is not available in mobile/cellular settings menu. Please refer to the screen shots attached. What next?

You may have to call your service provider, it seems like it could be something on their end

That was a huge lack of attention by me.

This my be irrelevant but in the 2nd and 3rd screenshots you're connected to Wi-Fi. Have you tried when connected to a network?

Thanks for your responses Wraith and rayz. It was an issue with my service provider. I called them up and they clarified it. Apparently my package expired even though I had data available. Getting a new package should solve the issue. Cheers!
