Why is my phone taking double picture shots with the new iOS 8 update?

The problem that never fixed with the new updated since iOS 8 ...!!!

Setting-->General-->Accessibility-->Speech: and turn on some or all of 4 selections then try to take photo twice on iMessage or WhatsApp or Line... ect.. Then see what's happen on 2nd shots....!!!!!

Please let me know if you guys having the same ??
