Need help!!

So out of the blue my phone froze and when I did a hard reboot my phone went back to stock expect it's still jail broken I have my apps still there just not operational I guess like I have pandora downloader and can use the app but none of the tweaks are in the app same with having tweaks such as auxo 2 anybody know what's wrong?

Did you try resarting your phone again a second time?

Yes I tried several times earlier today I started deleting stuff from cydia and after so many restarts it went back to jb stays
