Apple pay set up

..since updating to ios 8.1 i can't see any option for it, either in settings or Passbook. I live in Ireland, is this only for USA phones?

I believe Apple Pay is US only for now.

Thanks for the replies, yeah looks like that alright. When i go into region settings and select United States i get the option to add a card and then put back to Ireland it disappears again.. I go to the USA a lot so i'm wondering when i go to the USA and then set to the USA region can i use apple pay in the USA?

It's ok i answered my own question, Apple Pay will only accept USA cards.
