Can I go back to the setup I had before setting up Family Sharing?

Hi.

I setup Family Sharing yesterday.
Only to discover that each device in my household would now have to pay for iTunes Match separately.
AYFKM?
This is a deal breaker for me.

Haven't downloaded or purchased anything since setting it up.
Can I cancel ALL family sharing accounts and go back to the setup I had before?
-my iTunes account on all devices.
-iTunes Match on all devices, ripped & purchased content shared.

OR is there going to be some way I'm screwed now?
(what are the consequences)

FInd my iPhone:
No big deal to keep doing it manually.

Shared Calendars:
Pretty sure that can be done manually as well.

Shared photos:
Worked well enough before with photo stream.
Going to to use iCloud Drive.

App purchases:
KIds don't have the password, can't download anything.

Will restoring to a backup prior to Family Sharing (after cancelling it) make a difference? (I'm thinking it won't)

Found someinfo on iTunes support forum, but it doesn't answer my question.

Leave Family Sharing

Yes, I tried family sharing and didn't like it. I just turned it off and deleted the family sharing accounts on each phone/iPad/iPod and all went back to normal. It was easy.

Thanks Nolander, good to know.
I had this fear/suspicion that Apple might not let me go back, seeing as they want more money for iTunes Match with Fam Shr.
