At times on the lock screen when I get a message, when I try quick reply the keyboard doesn't show. It remains blank. This forces me to open the messages app. How annoying. This happens 30% of the time. Any one have this issue,?

iPhone 5 user here. I have same problem. Actually us worse because it never works for me from lock screen. Only works within an app.
