iMessage Group ios 8

Ever since I upgraded to iOS 8 My iMessage group chats are screwed up as it shows text message not imessage? And it won't change back. No one else I the group is having the issue?

Are all the members of the group using iOS devices?

Check in settings to make sure iMessage is turned on. Mine wasn't after updating.
