Does anyone know what'll happen when the pricing structure changes? I currently pay ?70 for 50gb in one hit, so when the price drops, will people like me get a credit? Not seen this mentioned anywhere yet

No credit. I've purchased iWorks and iMovie iPhoto Garage band suit as well before. Now it's free and no credit what so ever.

I would love for them to have a pricing structure as pay for what you have.

Price it at a per GB

So if user A have 15 GB of stuff to store they pay for that 15 GB.

User B have 48 GB of stuff to store it will be rounded up to 50GB


I am sure this can be done.

Apple HAS issued blanket credits in the past:

So before you go bashing Apple about anything, make sure you know what you?re talking about.

With regard to the OP's question, my guess is that Apple will leave things in place until your storage purchase is up for renewal, and then the new prices will kick in. But that?s just a guess.

That is a completely different scenario. That happens a lot in the brick and mortar world, too.

When I moved from MobileMe to iCloud, they gave me 50 GB plan 2 years for free, I think they gonna do the same thing
