I have a problem with notification bubbles. If I see them on my screen it makes me anxious that I have stuff to do. Of course that is because I do have stuff to do but whatever

First page is all about the stock apps. The second page is about folders and recently installed apps that I didn't find the best place to put them yet.

All the folders does make me long for an app drawer, to reduce that cluttered feel....that's one thing I miss from Android

Mine's based on the layout of my first-ever smartphone, combined with apps I use most frequently - I'm a bit picky about what goes on here and where, but the other screens are a grab-bag of all my other apps in no particular order

I'm OCD about alphabetizing and categorizing, and I use page 1 for primary/important apps and page 2 for secondary (personal finance, Office/iWork, travel, media and entertainment) apps.
