Thanks it's a Zeppelin addon from Cydia called (Pac-Man eats Signal Dots) I'm running it with the Forecast Lockscreen Cydia Tweak.....

Ty I worked long and hard to get it to look and act the way I wanted.. Even things that seen simple like moving the clock and date took a bit of research and of course trial and error... And I error a lot !
