Constant request to sign into iCloud following iOS 7.1 Upgrade

Does anyone have a similar problem where your iPhone 5s constantly requests that you sign into iCloud? This started right after my upgrade to IOS7.1
Does anyone have a solution? I am entering my correct password. I can touch "cancel" or enter my password and the screen goes away. Mostly happens after phone is charged and screen is unlocked.

Have you done a hard reset?

Yes I have done a hard reset. Still get the request to log into iCloud.

Log out of iCloud and sign back in, then do a reset.

I tried that as well and still get the log in requests. Any other suggestions? Thanks for responding.

Maybe a pain but a fresh install may stop it.
