Rolling back from iOS 7.1 to iOS 7.06

Hi,

I am trying to use a mobile video conferencing app called SCOPIA Mobile v3. However, since I updated my iOS from 7.06 to 7.1, the software does not work. I am told that it is a glitch with how the new update now handles the connection of the software to a video conference. I'd like to roll back to iOS 7.06. How is this possible.
