iOS 7.1 - R sim 9 pro & USSD

I'm not familiar with R sim 9 pro but I've had a few people inbox me regarding it. Will 7.1 work with R Sim 9 Pro?

Second; One user can't use USSD codes and I've suggested a reset with no luck. What else could be done to solve this issue? He is also using R sim 9 pro.

Whether it works with iOS 7.1 remains to be seen and the website doesn't state whether it did or didn't from what I could gather.
