Youtube links in Gmail opening in Chrome, not Youtube

So for the past few weeks, I've been having this weird issue... Youtube links from my Gmail would always open in Youtube app directly. It does this, but only for a split second, then opens in Chrome. Why would it do this?? :crying:

So to summarize... Click on Youtube link in Gmail, Youtube opens just long enough to see the Youtube app splash screen, then opens up in Chrome.

Hope someone knows about this weird issue. Thank you!

Open settings in the YouTube app. Select open links in chrome to no.

Wow thank you. I guess I missed that setting LOL! What's crazy is that it opened it in Safari for a second and went back to YouTube app. Ha. Thanks again
