Help with Tweak

What is the name of the tweak where you tap the wiggling icon 3 times and a tweak pops up that lets you clear the cache? I had it before but had to clear phone now I forgot what it was......

I know of two tweaks that do this and they are iCleaner and ClearMyCache
I believe ClearMyCache did the function that you have explained here.
