Stop Email Updates from Calendar

Whenever I have an entry in my calendar that I have invited my wife to and I make any changes to it, it not only updates her calendar, but it also sends an email to notify her of the change. When she makes the same type of change where I was invited, mine just updates, no email.

How do I stop my iPhone from sending these email updates when I make calendar changes?

Try to see if switching the shared calendar alerts to off.
