Problems updating ios 5 to ios 7.o.4 on ipad2

I have an ipad 2 with ios 5.0.3. My device has been jailbreaked, is there any problems if I would like to update to the newest ios 7.0.4?

Just restore the iPad. It will automatically update it to iOS 7.0.4.
