How to create iCloud account for a friend

Hi all,

I want to create an iCloud account on my iOS 5 device (iPhone 4) for a friend who's device has reached the 3-account limit for free iCloud accounts. How can I do this quickly and cleanly? This friend already has an Apple ID and I don't want his iTunes stuff or any settings messing up my AppleID/iTunes stuff. In fact, I've never enabled iCloud on this device and would just like to create the account and disable iCloud on the phone without "activating" any fancy schmany new features. Is it possible?

Advise your friend that it is NOT recommended that an account of his or hers be set up on someone else's device. It would be wiser for him or her to setup a non-iCloud account for any additional email services needed on the same device.
